Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we will get to work immediately to prepare your order. If you order coffee beans, don’t forget to include the grind you’d like in your order notes so we can grind it perfectly for your machine!
If you already ordered but forgot to specify the grind, you can send us an email here.
Once your order is processed, we will organise to deliver your order to you and give you a call to check your availability. We aim to deliver to you as soon as possible.
You are able to order items on backorder, which means that they are currently out of stock but you will receive them as soon as they are available. If you order an item on backorder, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect it or get in contact to check before ordering at info@kaffeinejo.com.
Orders over 9 JD currently qualify for free delivery within Amman, usually 3 JD. You can also pick up your order in store from our coffee house in Downtown Amman for free.
We’re currently unable to offer delivery outside of Amman, but please click here to be notified when this becomes available.
